1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Poker Butler ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Poker Butler is a record-keeping and event management utility. The App helps users track entries, cash-outs, and settlements for social game sessions. The App does not facilitate, promote, or condone any activity that may be regulated or prohibited in your jurisdiction.

3. No Financial Transactions

The App does not process, hold, transmit, or facilitate the transfer of any funds, currencies, or financial instruments. All settlement calculations are informational only. Users are solely responsible for settling balances outside the App.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. The App is designed for use by individuals who are of legal age in their jurisdiction.

5. Account and Data

All data is stored locally on your device by default. No data is transmitted to any external server. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. You may delete all your data at any time through the App settings.

6. Subscriptions

Poker Butler may offer optional paid subscriptions (Pro Mode) in the future through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies will be governed by the respective platform's terms. You may cancel any subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer of Poker Butler and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any financial disputes between users.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of Poker Butler from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
